NCCA focus groups

The NCCA is inviting teachers and principals to have your say on the redeveloped primary curriculum.

Following the publication of the Primary Curriculum Framework last year, consultation will take place on five draft specifications in the areas of:

  • Arts Education
  • Modern Foreign Languages (MFL)
  • Social and Environmental Education
  • Science, Technology and Engineering
  • Wellbeing

The consultation will run from March 6th to June 7th, 2024.

As part of the consultation, NCCA will host a number of in-person and online focus groups, where teachers and school leaders can share their views on proposals. In person focus groups will be held at the following venues:
