Cyril Lyons is the former Principal of Ruan NS. Cyril will reflect on his role as a teaching principal, touching on the importance of having a clear vision for your school, working as a team and the importance of strong relationships with the stakeholders in the school community.
Mary Keane is the former Principal of Carrigaholt NS. Following many years as principal of a two-teacher, rural school, Mary will reflect on her experience teaching in a multi-class setting and also reflect the practicalities, challenges and opportunities involved in leading a small school.
Mary Murphy is the former Deputy Principal of Ennis CBS. Mary will focus on the importance of strong relationships with staff as she reflects on her role as administrative deputy principal in a large primary school in Ennis.
Sally O’Neill is the former Principal of St Senan’s NS, Shannon.
