A possible unit-of-learning on teaching leaders involved in the parliamentary tradition of Irish politics. Daniel O'Connell and John Redmond will be the main focus, with other leaders mentioned. We will consider core knowledge. A resource pack with activities will be shared, including state exam materials.
Bio of Presenter: Christian O’ Connor
Christian O' Connor is a history teacher at St. Mary's Secondary School, Mallow. He is a regular presenter for the Cork History Teachers' Association.
