Transitioning from teacher to leader is an exciting yet challenging journey. This interactive session, From Teacher to Leader: Navigating the Transition, explores how educators can step into leadership roles within their schools. We will discuss the evolving role of teacher-leaders and introduce key leadership theories, including Transformational Leadership, Distributed Leadership, and Instructional Leadership, to highlight different pathways to influence and change.

The session will also provide insights into how a Masters in Educational Leadership and Management can support professional growth.
