Leading 'Looking at our Schools': A practical exploration of leading and managing skills for Middle Leaders and Aspiring Leaders

This Series is suitable for Primary and Post Primary Middle Leaders or Aspiring Leaders. 

• Leading Learning, Time Management and Organisational Awareness
• Relationship building, leading a successful team and collaborating with others
• Facilitating meetings and communicating effectively 

These workshops are restricted to a maximum of 25 participants.  There will be an emphasis on skill development through individual and collaborative learning with active engagement, discussion and reflection.  The facilitators are experienced school leaders from Primary and Post Primary sectors.
