A 3-part series to help build childrens confidence, well-being and resilience. Part 1: It’s Good to be Me: Part 1 will give children the opportunity to reflect on their strengths and talents. They will identify their top 3 strengths and think about how they feel when they use these strengths. They will be encouraged to use these strengths during the week ahead. They will also reflect on things they feel proud of themselves for.
Part 2: Creating a Positive Mindset Part 2 will give children the opportunity to reflect on what having a positive mindset means and how they can develop one. They will be introduced to strategies for coping with challenges, including helpful self-talk and dealing with big feelings.
Part 3: Believing in Myself Part 3 will give children the opportunity to explore their beliefs about themselves and how to create a sense of self-belief and confidence. They will set some personal goals and explore ways to reach them.
