Restorative Practices in Schools – The Earlier the Better
DATE: Monday, 2nd October 2023
TIME: 7.30pm to 8.30pm
VENUE: Online via Zoom
RP is often associated with the restorative questions. In fact many people think it is the restorative questions. The truth is it’s a lot, lot more. At heart, it’s about relationships and preventing conflict far more than just resolving it. “A stitch in time saves nine”, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. The more we adopt mantras like these, the closer we get to embedding RP as a way of being. Learn about the preventative aspects of RP and realise that much of what you already do is restorative. You just never called it that.
