Starting 2022 With Positivity, Well-Being & Optimism (P)
DATE: Monday, 24 January 2022 TIME: 10am VENUE: Online Via Zoom
Get 2022 off to a positive start with this in-class webinar for 3rd to 6th class students! As children are still facing so many ongoing challenges and difficulties, due to the pandemic, it’s more important than ever to support their mental health by helping them to focus on optimism, positivity and well-being. This webinar will outline what optimism, positivity and well-being mean, as well as why they are so important. The children will be presented with a series of personal reflections throughout the webinar, so they will need to have a pen and paper ready for use throughout. They will then have the opportunity to set 3 well-being goals for themselves for the year ahead as a follow up activity. The webinar is 30 minutes long and will be presented by Fiona Forman, who is a former primary school teacher and co-author of the well-known Weaving Well-Being programme.
