Harry Freeman - Harry is the Leader of the Positive Behaviour Management strand of  Masters  in Education Programme in Trinity College.

Target Group:  Teachers who currently hold or aspire to positions of leadership in post primary schools

The course which will be run over three evening sessions (each of 2.5 hours duration) will address the following themes:
  • Defining Middle Leadership
  • Models of Leadership and their application
  • Leading change
  • Establishing and creating a vision for the role of middle leader
  • Leading teams
  • Planning
  • Motivating
  • Managing meetings
  • Managing Workload
  • Managing conflict
  • Preparing for Interviews
The course will have a practical focus and will provide opportunities for participants to engage in discussion and share good practice.
