Post Primary FRIENDS Programme 2022/23

NEPS is offering this anxiety prevention and resilience programme which complements the JCT wellbeing programme. More information can be found on:  www.friendsresilience.org.  Facilitator training to teach the programme to students and order materials requires attendance to all three webinars.  Training is free of charge for teachers. After training, the cost of the Activity Book per student is currently €10 (based on current exchange rate). The Facilitator Manual for teachers are €12 to €50 (depending on the book format; pdf or printed) which can be purchased from FRIENDS Resilience after training.  


How to apply

This year, the FRIENDS course is being offered to DEIS schools, with priority for schools which are new to DEIS. If you would like to apply for this course, please complete the Expression of Interest Form HERE.  

Following your expression of interest, all applications will be reviewed and the Education Centre will be in touch in due course to indicate if your teacher/s have been allocated place/s. 

Dates: 2023 dates to be confirmed
Times: Three afternoons, 2.30-5pm.
