Artists In Schools 2025/2026

Artists in Schools Applications are now live. 

Clare Arts Office are inviting Primary and Secondary schools to submit their applications for the Artist in Schools Residencies Scheme 2025-2026. This year residencies will be awarded to the value of €1,340, funded by Clare Arts. 

The process is simple. The school (Principal or Teacher) chooses an artist from the Artists in Schools Panel and makes contact with them directly. If the artist is available they decide on a project together and submit the application. 

The application can be used to build on an existing project already in the school, or used as a way to connect ideas and art making to other subjects e.g. history, science, the environment, local, national and global cultures and traditions. For full terms and conditions visit Clarearts.ie. Previous work can be seen here.
